Hometrack wins Miller Homes contract
Miller Homes has taken out a SiteMAP licence with Hometrack to be provided with unlimited access to tailored housing intelligence which relates directly to local markets surrounding live and prospective sites.
Miller Homes made Hometrack’s Developer Pricing Analytics Report (DPAR) an integral part of its land buying risk analysis in 2011, but have now extended their relationship with the company through the purchase of a SiteMAP licence.
SiteMAP is a simple to use online system, designed specifically for house builders. An interactive information hub, it allows users to access unlimited detailed reports and independent, proprietary data which adhere to the life-cycle of a site – from pre-acquisition stage - via Site Appraisal Reports (SARs) through to the price-setting of completed units (House Price Tracker). In addition, HomeValuer provides second-hand property values for part-exchange purposes.
SiteMAP users can upload their own sites onto an interactive map and monitor the surrounding development of an area against newly registered NHBC sites. They can also access data relating to the performance of local schools – a key driver of house sales.
