Hometrack, the property analytics business, has secured a contract to supply Clayton Euro Risk with portfolio valuation services via its AVM (automated valuation model).
Clayton Euro Risk is one of Europe’s leading providers of risk analysis, loss mitigation and operational services to the mortgage industry. As part of its due diligence process, Clayton Euro Risk will use Hometrack’s AVM to provide them with both capital and rental portfolio valuations.
