Hometrack's RealDemand is a powerful housing market evaluation system endorsed by the National Housing Federation (NHF) and the Chartered Institute of Housing.
RealDemand delivers immediate access to essential housing market information, bringing proven efficiency gains and enabling more informed investment decisions. Used by a fast growing number of residential social landlords (RSLs) and local authorities, RealDemand enables users to view data and analysis in a range of formats, such as themed maps, charts and tables, and from a national and regional level right down to the neighbourhood and street level.
